Your strategic vision and operational expertise will foster a welcoming environment that promotes guest satisfaction, staff engagement, and financial growth. Duties Oversee the entire operation of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administrative functions Lead and supervise hospitality teams, ensuring high standards of guest service and adherence to hotel policies Manage hospitality operations budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability Ensure compliance with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette standards Develop and implement hotel guest service standards to enhance guest relations and foster positive reviews Coordinate human resources activities such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team Maintain property safety protocols, oversee security procedures including CCTV surveillance, access control, and emergency response plans Cultivate strong relationships with guests by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring their overall satisfaction Monitor hotel occupancy rates and adjust operational strategies accordingly to optimize revenue streams Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the property and attract new guests Experience Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with demonstrated leadership skills Extensive knowledge of hotel management practices, including revenue management, budgeting, financial operations, and guest services Experience overseeing daily hotel operations using property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation platforms Strong background in managing hospitality teams, human resources functions, and customer service excellence Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Excellent managerial communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette for multi-line systems Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude in fast-paced environments This role offers an engaging environment where your leadership directly impacts guest satisfaction and operational success. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
