Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to ensure high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction Supervise and manage hospitality teams, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring team members adhere to hotel guest service standards Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to manage bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries efficiently Implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize profitability through effective pricing and promotional activities Manage hospitality operations budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure adherence to fiscal targets through budgeting and financial management practices Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring memorable stays for all guests Lead human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and maintaining compliance with employment laws Coordinate multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle inquiries swiftly and courteously Conduct regular property inspections to uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and property maintenance requirements Experience Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management setting Strong knowledge of hotel management operations including revenue management, budgeting, and financial operations Experience with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance management Excellent communication skills with managerial staff, team members, and guests; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele Background in customer service excellence with a focus on exceeding guest expectations Familiarity with hotel guest service standards, guest relations strategies, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction Ability to oversee daily operations efficiently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests while leading a vibrant team dedicated to excellence.
