- Oversee all front office operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Manage front desk staff, including training and scheduling
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests
- Conduct night audits and reconcile daily transactions
- Implement and maintain procedures for optimal guest service
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and promotional materials ## Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management, particularly in a hotel or resort setting
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service practices
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures
