General Manager Salary:

45K-$60 Bryston Hospitality is looking for a General Manager to lead our Comfort Inn and Suites with it's a fast-paced team and oversee the daily operations for a growing market hotel. As GM, you are a vital member that not only leads a great team but a key representative of your community. Our GM's are not just behind the front desk but a business leader who has their finger on the pulse of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring great guest satisfaction with the training to create outstanding financial returns. The ideal candidate is a business leader who understands that empowering their team, is the best way to achieve these goals and maintains the highest standards. This candidate will understand the importance of treating each and every team member as well as our guests with the utmost respect and Dignity. Key Responsibilities Oversee all departments of the hotel to ensure compliance to brand and company standards. Create and lead the culture of the hotel by closely monitoring guest feedback (both brand and social media scores) and create strategies to improve the guest experience Manage all aspects of fiscal responsibility budget, P&L/GL statements, and Capital and PIP projects. You will drive occupancy and rate as well as monitoring all costs and optimize ROI while maintaining great guest service scores. Work closely with and assist the Sales team members to improve market capture, local business and community opportunities. Recruit, train, and lead by example a high performing team. You'll create a positive culture of inclusion, respect and professionalism. Ensure and maintain the property remains in complete compliance with State, local and federal laws including health, safety, and permit/ licensing regulations, as well as brand requirements.

Required Qualifications:

One-year General Manager experience with 5 years total hotel experience 50 hours a week while being available to team members as needed including weekends and holidays as business need require.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
