Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Assistant Hotel General Manager, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our hotel. This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead and motivate hospitality teams, oversee daily operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a key leader, you will support the General Manager in managing financial performance, maintaining hotel standards, and fostering a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Your passion for hospitality management and leadership will drive the success of our property and elevate guest satisfaction to new heights. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance Supervise and manage hospitality teams to ensure high standards of guest service, professionalism, and teamwork Support revenue management initiatives by monitoring occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and promotional activities Manage hotel budgets, control expenses, and optimize financial performance through effective cost control and resource allocation Ensure compliance with hotel management systems (PMS), property management systems (PMS), and hospitality reservation systems to streamline operations Uphold hotel guest service standards by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and enhancing overall guest relations Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining a positive work environment Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each day Maintain property safety protocols, security procedures, and ensure adherence to health regulations Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff Proven experience supervising hospitality operations with a strong background in hotel management or resort experience Expertise in revenue management, budgeting, financial operations, and managing hospitality teams Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, and front desk operations Exceptional managerial communication skills combined with leadership qualities that motivate teams toward excellence Strong customer service orientation with an emphasis on delivering memorable guest experiences Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee engagement in a hospitality setting Ability to handle complex guest relations issues with professionalism and tact Experience managing hospitality operations budgets while ensuring profitability and efficiency Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership fuels exceptional guest experiences!
