Duties Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, our breakfast area and guest services. Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction are consistently met. Manage revenue streams through effective pricing strategies, budgeting, and financial planning to maximize profitability. Develop and implement policies that enhance guest relations, streamline front desk procedures—including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette—and improve overall service quality. Coordinate human resources activities such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling to maintain a skilled workforce. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm to ensure memorable stays. Monitor night audit procedures to reconcile accounts accurately while maintaining security protocols across the property. Utilize hospitality management software to track occupancy rates, reservations, and guest feedback for continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong background in hospitality management principles including revenue management, budgeting, and guest services. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams across multiple departments. Demonstrated expertise in human resources practices within the hospitality industry. Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for handling front desk operations and multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of hotel environment with experience managing night audit processes is preferred. Familiarity with hotel experience systems and guest relations strategies to enhance overall guest satisfaction. $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
