Description:
The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel to ensure excellent guest experiences, efficient staff performance, and profitable business operations. This role involves managing hotel departments, maintaining high service standards, handling guest concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel. Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer complaints promptly. Supervise, train, and motivate hotel staff. Manage front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments. Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations. Monitor room occupancy, pricing, and revenue performance. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain hotel facilities. Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics. Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality operations. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) OPERA, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions:
