In this pivotal role, you will ensure seamless guest experiences, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and manage the front desk team with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your leadership will help create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests while maintaining operational efficiency and adherence to hotel policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills and contribute to a memorable guest journey. Responsibilities Oversee all front desk activities during evening shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold hotel standards Manage guest relations by resolving issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Utilize property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to handle reservations, billing, and guest information accurately Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management Enforce hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff Communicate effectively via phone and in person with guests, vendors, and team members using proper phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel customer service roles Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS) Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone communication and client interaction Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and guest services best practices Previous resort or hotel experience preferred, especially within a hospitality environment that emphasizes guest relations and hospitality standards Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and high service quality Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while advancing your career in hospitality! Pay:
