PM / Weekend Front Desk Supervisor Aisling Suites is looking for a professional, dependable, and motivated PM / Weekend Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, has strong leadership skills, and is comfortable overseeing both front desk operations and housekeeping to ensure our guests receive exceptional service. Pay $18.00-$24.00 per hour , depending on experience. Schedule Evening (PM) shifts Weekends are required Additional shifts may be available based on business needs

Responsibilities:

Guest Relations & Reservations Answer phone calls, guest messages, and inquiries promptly Handle the end-to-end reservation and payment process Coordinate and send pre-arrival check-in details Manage check-in procedures and welcome arriving guests Assist guests with questions, requests, and room towel exchanges Property & Room Operations Inspect housekeeping work to ensure rooms are fully ready for arrivals Assist with laundry tasks (stripping rooms, occasional washing, and folding) Perform regular door battery checks and replacements Deliver packages and requested items directly to guest rooms Security & Facilities Oversight Conduct routine walkthroughs of hallways and parking lots Oversee end-of-day building shutdown (securing office doors, storage closets, and premises) Other Duties as assigned, including: Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service Check guests in and out Resolve guest concerns in a professional manner Assign rooms based on occupancy and housekeeping status Supervise front desk operations during your shift Oversee housekeeping staff and assist with daily coordination Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude Basic computer skills Must be able to work evenings and weekends Why Join Our Team?
