Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Assistant General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong multilingual communication skills, extensive hospitality management expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding service standards. Duties Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, and housekeeping coordination Supervise and motivate hospitality teams to deliver exceptional customer service aligned with brand standards Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management, cost control, and financial reporting Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize booking processes and guest data accuracy Ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards, human resources policies, and health and safety regulations Lead revenue management initiatives to maximize profitability while maintaining high guest satisfaction levels Handle guest relations issues promptly and professionally, ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors Oversee night audit procedures, front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette standards Collaborate with human resources on team management, staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations Maintain property standards by conducting regular inspections and implementing continuous improvement strategies Skills Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff Extensive supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, particularly in full service hotel or resort environments Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage hospitality teams and foster a positive work culture Expertise in revenue management, budgeting, financial operations, and hotel property management systems (PMS) Excellent managerial communication skills for clear delegation, staff training, and stakeholder engagement Deep understanding of hotel guest service standards and guest relations best practices Experience managing hospitality operations budgets with a focus on cost control and profitability enhancement Knowledge of human resources processes including staffing, training, conflict resolution, and compliance requirements Familiarity with resort-specific operations such as night audit procedures and resort amenities management Ability to oversee multiple departments simultaneously while maintaining high service quality standards Join us as a Senior Assistant General Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team's potential, and elevate our guests' experiences.
