The Hotel General Manager (GM) leads all aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring financial success, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding our mission, vision, and values. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive, self-starting individual with 24/7 availability to ensure excellence across all departments. Our property is location in Bozeman, MT and would require relocation to that area.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $82,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Manage budgets, maximize revenue, and maintain financial and statistical records. Oversee daily operations, including room bookings, event planning, and maintenance. Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork. Perform administrative duties, such as payroll, bank deposits, and completing operational checklists. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.

Qualifications:

Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret business correspondence, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
