Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Assistant General Manager to assist in the daily hotel operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee guest services, and work closely with the department heads. Your leadership will drive excellence in customer service, operational efficiency, and financial performance, creating memorable stays for our guests. Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational policies Onboard new team members and oversee the training and the required documentation Supervise and motivate hospitality teams across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance Manage hospitality management systems including property management systems (PMS) and reservation platforms to optimize guest experience and revenue Participate in revenue management initiatives to maximize occupancy rates and profitability through strategic pricing and inventory control Oversee cost control measures to ensure fiscal responsibility Maintain high standards of guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring exceptional customer service at all touchpoints Coordinate night audit procedures, including financial reconciliation and reporting to ensure accuracy and complianceRequirements Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the hospitality or hotel industry Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and property management tools Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele Experience in revenue management, budgeting, and financial operations within a hospitality setting Exceptional communication skills for managerial communication, guest interactions, and team coordination Demonstrated ability to oversee daily hotel operations with a focus on guest services and property standards Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee development Familiarity with night audit procedures, front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette Join us at DoubleTree by Hilton where your leadership can make a real difference! Pay:

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
