Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead our Country Inn & Suites by Radisson — part of the Choice Hotels family of brands — in Dunn, NC. The GM will oversee all hotel operations, lead a team of 10-14 staff, and drive strong performance in guest satisfaction, revenue, and brand standards. What You'll Do Lead daily hotel operations, ensuring guest service excellence at every touchpoint. Drive revenue growth through proactive sales and marketing efforts. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, engaged team. Oversee financial reporting, accounts receivable, budgeting, and cost controls. Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, brand standards, and quality guidelines. What We're Looking For 3+ years of hotel management experience, preferably in a full-service or select-service property. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Choice Hotels brands (Country Inn & Suites, Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, Clarion, etc.) is a big plus. Proven track record managing a team of 10-14 employees. Working knowledge of hotel PMS systems and revenue management practices. Why Join Us?
