SNG Hotels (Suburban Studios by Choice Hotels) Position Overview SNG Hotels is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Hotel General Manager to lead operations at our Suburban Studios extended-stay properties . This role is ideal for a leader who understands weekly-stay guests, cost control, and revenue optimization . We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of operations , improve performance, and deliver a strong guest experience.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$58,000 - $62,000 (based on experience)

Performance Bonus:

Based on RevPAR, GOP, and guest satisfaction

On-site 2-bedroom apartment with full kitchenette provided Growth opportunity across multiple properties Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance) Drive revenue growth (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy) Manage OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda) and rate strategy Control labor costs and departmental expenses Ensure compliance with •Choice Hotels brand standards Maintain strong guest satisfaction and online reputation Handle vendor coordination and property upkeep Train, lead, and develop on-site staff Qualifications 2+ years as Hotel General Manager or Assistant GM Experience with extended-stay or economy/midscale hotels preferred Strong understanding of PMS systems (Choice Advantage preferred) Proven track record with OTA management and revenue performance Ability to manage P&L, labor, and operations independently Hands-on leadership style (not office-only) Ideal Candidate Entrepreneurial mindset Strong cost-control discipline Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment Willing to live on-site (optional but preferred) How to Apply Apply directly on Indeed or email your resume to: chirag@snghotels.com 856-776-0320 About Us SNG Hotels owns and operates multiple extended-stay and economy hotels across North Carolina and South Carolina.
