THIS PROPERTY

The SpringHill Suites Durham Chapel Hill is a 130-suite Marriott hotel ideally positioned between Durham and Chapel Hill near Duke University, UNC-Chapel Hill, Research Triangle Park, and major healthcare and business demand generators. The property underwent a refresh several years ago and is now preparing for a significant $3M renovation investment planned for next year. This creates an exciting opportunity for the next General Manager to help lead the hotel into its next chapter while building upon an already strong operational foundation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead all day-to-day hotel operations Drive guest satisfaction and service culture Manage budgeting, forecasting, and profitability Recruit, develop, and mentor associates Maintain Marriott brand and QA standards Partner with sales efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue Create accountability, consistency, and positive team culture Serve as a visible leader within the hotel and local community
