Job Description

What You'll Do:
Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally Check in dogs for daycare, grooming, and boarding services Answer phones, emails, and client questions with confidence and care Book and manage reservations using our scheduling system Process payments and maintain accurate records, including vaccination documentation Keep the lobby and front desk clean, organized, and welcoming Post fun updates and adorable content to our social media channels Support kennel operations and assist with dogs as needed Supervise playgroups and help maintain a safe environment for dogs of all sizes and temperaments Assist with feeding, bathing, medication administration, and monitoring pet comfort when needed Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the resort Learn the ins and outs of our services and policies so you can confidently support clients and staff
What We're Looking For:
A genuine love of dogs and a calm, confident presence around them Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented A positive team player who leads with kindness and professionalism Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment Comfortable handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities Previous leadership, customer service, or animal care experience preferred Must have reliable transportation Weekend and holiday availability required (rotating schedule) Why Join Paws-Abilities? $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
