Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing hotel operations
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
- Train and supervise hotel staff
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
Skills:
- Hotel management experience, including knowledge of front desk operations, night audit, and revenue management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette
- Proven ability to effectively supervise and manage staff
