Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. As the driving force behind daily operations, you will oversee all aspects of hotel management, from guest services and staff supervision to revenue optimization and budget control. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment, uphold high standards of hospitality, and drive the hotel's success. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact in a vibrant resort or hotel setting. Duties Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding service delivery Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue management opportunities while maintaining high guest satisfaction levels Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated and efficient team Manage budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and control expenses to meet profitability goals Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, safety regulations, and hotel policies across all operations Cultivate strong guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring personalized guest services that exceed expectations Oversee night audit procedures, front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette, as well as guest check-in/check-out processes Implement effective customer service strategies to enhance guest experiences in a competitive hospitality environment Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality standards for hotel amenities and services Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement Requirements Proven supervising experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with demonstrated leadership skills Strong background in hotel management, including experience with revenue management, budgeting, and human resources Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and efficiently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hospitality systems such as front desk software, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures Exceptional communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interactions Experience working in resort or hotel environments with a focus on guest services and hospitality excellence Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Leadership qualities that inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive operational success Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while leading a passionate team dedicated to excellence. $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
