Element Fargo | Fargo, ND Full-Time | Salaried Management Position About the Role Element Fargo is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to join our leadership team and help drive an exceptional experience for our guests from arrival through departure. This is more than a traditional front desk management role. The Guest Experience Manager will oversee both Front Office and Breakfast operations, providing hands-on leadership to our teams while maintaining high standards for guest service, operational efficiency, cleanliness, product quality, and overall departmental performance. We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and being actively involved in hotel operations. The right person will be comfortable balancing guest needs, team development, staffing, inventory, cost control, and day-to-day operational priorities. What You'll Do Oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure efficient, welcoming check-in and check-out experiences Lead, train, coach, and develop Front Desk team members Handle guest concerns and help ensure a consistently positive guest experience Oversee Night Audit processes and support accurate reporting and operational compliance Partner closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to address room readiness and guest concerns Provide leadership and oversight for daily breakfast operations Ensure breakfast quality, presentation, cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards are consistently maintained Manage breakfast ordering, inventory, and product levels while working to minimize waste Support and develop Breakfast team members Monitor inventory and cost controls for Breakfast and Restore market items Monitor guest satisfaction results and identify opportunities to improve service and hotel performance Support scheduling and staffing decisions to maintain appropriate coverage and operational efficiency Participate in operational reviews and help develop action plans based on performance results Create a positive, accountable, team-oriented work environment Lead by example in professionalism, guest service, and operational standards
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of operational issues Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous hotel, hospitality, or lodging experience Experience in food & beverage, breakfast, kitchen, or service operations Familiarity with hotel systems such as PMS, POS, or scheduling platforms Experience working with guest satisfaction metrics or platforms such as Medallia or GSS Experience with inventory management, ordering, cost control, or COGS If you enjoy developing people, improving operations, and creating great guest experiences, we'd like to hear from you!

From $50,000.00 per year
