Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations at the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining high standards of customer service. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel or resort, responsible for guest relations, managing multi-line phone systems, and supporting the overall hospitality environment. Your leadership will help create a warm, efficient, and memorable stay for every guest. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures and excellent guest service Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm Oversee reservation management, including booking adjustments and cancellations, utilizing hotel management software Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls appropriately Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting Train and motivate team members on hospitality standards, phone etiquette, and guest relations techniques Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring the front desk area is organized, clean, and inviting Support guest services initiatives such as concierge assistance, local information provision, and special accommodations Experience Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a focus on front desk operations Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is essential Experience with night audit procedures and guest relations within a resort or hotel setting is preferred Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette are vital for success in this role Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable experiences through outstanding hospitality!
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
