This energetic leader will drive exceptional guest experiences, ensure operational excellence, and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of service, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Duties Lead daily hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, food and beverage outlets, housekeeping, and maintenance. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience. Supervise team members across departments, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and high-performing staff. Manage financial activities such as budgeting, revenue management, expense control, and maintaining accurate financial records. Oversee safety protocols including first aid procedures, CPR readiness, manual handling practices, and compliance with health regulations. Handle guest relations by resolving complaints promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive reputation for the hotel. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and quality standards are met. Utilize hospitality reservation systems and POS (Point of Sale) systems for bookings, billing, and payment processing. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety standards, and maintenance requirements are met. Implement conflict management strategies to address staff or guest issues efficiently while fostering a welcoming environment. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or a similar hospitality leadership role with a strong understanding of hotel operations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse guests effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and communication purposes. Experience with property managment systems (such as Fosse or Stay) and POS systems is essential. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and conflict resolution. Knowledge of food service operations is advantageous; previous food service experience is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, manual handling, cleaning duties, and resort maintenance activities when needed.l. Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff across departments. Familiarity with financial record maintenance and managing budgets within a hospitality setting. Experience working in resort environments or large-scale hotels is highly desirable.
