We are currently seeking a skilled Assistant Hotel Manager to help lead our hotel's daily operations. The ideal candidate is a reliable, polished professional with exceptional communication and organizational abilities—someone who is passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering outstanding guest service.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, including staff management, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient, seamless operations. Training, coaching, and supervising front desk agents. Managing financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and expense control. Monitoring guest feedback and addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Ensuring compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
