In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, from guest services and staff supervision to financial management and strategic planning. Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a memorable stay for all visitors. Monitor daily operations through tools like night audits and multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel standards, and local laws to uphold the property's reputation for excellence. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote hotel offerings and increase occupancy rates. Utilize hospitality management software to track reservations, guest feedback, and operational metrics for continuous improvement. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership development, and exceptional customer service. Experience Proven supervising experience in a hospitality or hotel management setting is essential. Extensive hotel management experience with a strong background in hospitality operations is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and guest services. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating effectively with diverse guests and staff. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple departments efficiently. Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, resort environments, and multi-line phone systems is desirable.
