Key Responsibilities Lead daily hotel operations and ensure company and brand standards are consistently met Manage the hotel's P&L, budget, forecasting, labor, and operating expenses Partner with Sales and Revenue Management to drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market share Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a strong leadership and associate team Build a culture of accountability, recognition, teamwork, and open communication Champion exceptional guest service and monitor guest satisfaction and online reputation Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations Develop relationships with ownership, company leadership, vendors, and the local community Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and the overall guest experience What We're Looking For 1-2 years of progressive hotel leadership experience , including General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or senior hotel operations experience Experience within the Marriott or Hilton brands Strong understanding of hotel operations and financial management Experience with budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and labor controls Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead diverse teams Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs What Success Looks Like Strong financial and operational performance High guest satisfaction and positive reputation Engaged, productive, and well-developed associates A strong leadership team and succession pipeline Consistent execution of brand and company standards A hotel culture built on accountability, teamwork, pride, and exceptional service Ready to Lead? Pay Disclaimer:
The annual base salary range reflects the minimum and maximum salary available for the role in the specified location. Actual salaries may differ based on various factors, including geographic location, individual experience, and job performance. The salary range presented is one aspect of our comprehensive compensation package, which may also include bonuses, paid time off (PTO), a competitive 401(k) plan, and additional benefits.
Pay:
$62,535.20 - $70,000.00 per year
