Just minutes from Cleveland attractions and local businesses, the hotel offers a warm, comfortable stay for both corporate and leisure travelers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management with a proven track record of enhancing guest satisfaction and driving financial results. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage diverse teams, a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, and prior IHG experience. Responsibilities Oversee all hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and brand alignment. Lead and mentor team to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and associate engagement. Implement strategies to maximize results across all key performance indicators. Full accountability of financial performance including the budget, forecast, and cost control measures. Champion hospitality excellence by upholding brand standards and elevating every guest interaction. Lead Hotel Sales team to achieve outstanding top-line results and overall market penetration. Skills Demonstrated success in hotel management within the hospitality industry. Strong hands-on leadership with experience in supervising cross-functional teams effectively. Exceptional guest service and conflict resolution skills with a focus on delivering consistent, high quality experiences. Proficient in revenue management, budgeting, and cost control strategies to drive profitability. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager or progressive leadership experience in a hotel operation. Strong knowledge of all facets of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, engineering, and sales. Prior IHG experience preferred.
