Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and site experience. This role requires proficiency in various construction management tools, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with all specifications. Duties Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines. Coordinate with ownership and subcontractors to facilitate project execution. Oversee project scheduling and resource allocation to optimize efficiency on-site. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with specifications. Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly with ownership. Implement safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Maintain clear communication with ownership regarding project status, changes, and challenges. know how to operate a lift and except and organize construction deliveries. Requirements Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong understanding of construction processes. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools including Primavera for effective scheduling. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of technical schematics. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong social skills for managing contracts and vendor relationships. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Previous experience on construction sites is highly desirable.
