This 127-room full-service hotel offers comfortable accommodations, 1500 square feet of meeting room and outstanding amenities, including an on-site restaurant, swimming pool, and convenient on-site parking. We are seeking a General Manager who is passionate about developing people, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving strong financial performance. The ideal candidate will have experience leading hotel operations with a focus on both guest satisfaction and profitability. Previous experience as a General Manager of a full-service hotel is preferred but not required. Candidates should have food and beverage management experience and be proficient with IHG operating systems. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of: Leading profitable hotel operations while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction. Building, hiring, training, and retaining high-performing teams. Managing food and beverage operations to deliver quality service and strong financial results. Managing expenses, increasing revenue, and achieving ownership's financial objectives without compromising the guest or team member experience. Creating a culture focused on service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
