Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, guest-focused, and highly organized RV Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premier RV resort. In this role, you will be the face of the resort, responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while maximizing operational efficiency, financial performance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hospitality, property management, or campground operations, paired with a hands-on approach to facility maintenance and community building. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Community Deliver exceptional service : Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and resolve guest and owner inquiries, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally.
Cultivate community:
Collaborate with resort committees regarding activities and community gatherings to enhance the guest experience.
Enforce resort guidelines:
Ensure all guests and owners comply with resort rules to maintain a safe, clean, and peaceful environment. Operations & Financial Management Oversee daily administration: Manage booking reservations, guest check-ins/check-outs, confirm lots are in good condition and adherence to HOA CC&R's, ensure timely resolution with Owners and Guest complaints and concerns.
Drive financial:
performance : Set annual operating budgets and continuously allocate funds across individual resort divisions, monitor expenses, prepare bank deposits, process payroll, and generate monthly financial recap.
Maximize revenue:
Partner with Rental Board and any related vendors to Implement marketing strategies, optimize occupancy rates and other incidental income opportunities.
Talent Acquisition :
Interview, hire, and onboard skilled department heads, shift supervisors, and seasonal employees Staff Leadership & Maintenance Lead the team: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise on-site staff, including front desk agents, and workampers as well as maintenance technicians Property upkeep: Oversee with the Board routine maintenance, landscaping, utility systems (water, sewer, electrical), and capital improvement projects.
Vendor management:
Coordinate and ensure contract compliance with external contractors and local suppliers for specialized repairs and services.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in RV resort management, campground operations, hospitality management, or similar management.
Tech-savvy:
Proficient with property management/reservation software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and MS Office Suite.
Leadership skills:
Proven ability to build, motivate, and take corrective action with a diverse team.
Flexibility:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call hours for emergencies.
Physical ability:
Able to operate a golf cart, walk short distances daily, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs. if necessary.
License:
Must possess a valid Driver's License and pass a background and credit check
RV Site:
Candidates who live full-time in an RV must have a Class A or Class C only Motorhome that is a minimum of 25'. RV site accommodations are negotiable.
Pay:
$68,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year
