Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Assistant General Manager (AGM), where you'll lead the charge in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. This vibrant role offers the opportunity to oversee daily hotel operations, supervise staff, and ensure that every guest leaves with a memorable impression. As an energetic leader, you'll foster a welcoming environment, drive revenue growth, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Your multilingual and bilingual skills will enhance guest relations, creating a seamless experience for diverse visitors from around the world. Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Supervise and motivate staff members, providing leadership and guidance to foster a positive work environment. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all touchpoints. Implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and optimize profitability through effective pricing and promotional initiatives. Coordinate human resources functions such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies. Oversee budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and control costs to meet financial targets. Handle night audit procedures, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure accurate financial records. Utilize multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to assist guests efficiently and professionally. Maintain high standards of guest services by supervising front desk operations and ensuring adherence to service protocols. Collaborate with resort management teams to uphold brand standards and enhance overall guest satisfaction. Skills Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with international guests. Proven supervising experience within hospitality management or hotel operations. Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and financial oversight. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. In-depth knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations including multi-line phone systems. Experience in human resources functions such as staffing, training, and employee development. Familiarity with night audit procedures and resort operations is highly desirable. Exceptional leadership abilities combined with a passion for hospitality excellence. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
