The General Manager will have complete oversight of hotel operations, including Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, Engineering, Guest Services, Human Resources, and overall financial performance. The ideal candidate is a highly visible leader who is comfortable being actively involved in daily operations while maintaining a strong focus on revenue, profitability, Hilton brand standards, and associate engagement. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction for all hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering/Maintenance, Sales, Guest Services, and Administration . Ensure the hotel consistently meets or exceeds Hilton brand standards , quality assurance requirements, and guest satisfaction expectations. Maintain a strong presence throughout the property and lead the hotel through a hands-on, operational approach. Recruit, develop, coach, and hold department leaders accountable for achieving operational and financial objectives. Oversee all Food & Beverage operations , including restaurant, bar, breakfast, banquets/catering, kitchen operations, food costs, labor productivity, and service standards. Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Management to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, group business, catering revenue, and overall market share . Develop and manage the hotel's annual operating budget, forecasts, labor plans, and departmental expenses. Analyze financial statements, P&L performance, revenue trends, labor costs, and operating expenses to identify opportunities to improve profitability. Drive strong GOP performance through effective revenue generation, labor management, purchasing controls, and expense management. Ensure appropriate staffing levels and scheduling throughout all departments based on business demand and productivity standards. Maintain excellent guest relations and personally assist in resolving escalated guest concerns when necessary. Monitor guest satisfaction scores and online reviews and implement action plans to improve performance. Ensure compliance with Hilton requirements, health and safety regulations, employment practices, licensing requirements, and company policies. Oversee preventive maintenance, property condition, capital needs, life-safety systems, and overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. Conduct regular departmental meetings and maintain clear communication and accountability throughout the leadership team. Build a positive, professional culture focused on hospitality, accountability, teamwork, execution, and continuous improvement . Previous experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, or senior operational leader within a full-service hotel environment . Demonstrated experience overseeing Food & Beverage operations , including restaurant/bar and banquet or catering operations. Strong understanding of Hilton brand standards, guest satisfaction expectations, and quality assurance processes. Proven experience managing hotel P&L statements, budgets, forecasts, labor costs, departmental expenses, and profitability . Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management, sales strategy, market segmentation, ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and competitive market performance. Experience leading multiple department heads and managing a diverse hospitality workforce. Strong knowledge of property management systems, reservation systems, financial reporting, and hotel operating systems. Proven ability to recruit, train, develop, motivate, and hold leaders accountable. Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on hotel needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary. Preferred Qualifications Previous General Manager experience with a full-service Hilton-branded hotel . Experience with Hilton systems and platforms. Experience managing a property with significant Food & Beverage, banquet, meeting, and group business .
