Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front office team for a Confidential Hotel in West Chester, PA! This role is a strong fit for a hospitality professional who delivers a polished guest experience and enjoys coaching others to do the same. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest requests Lead, train, schedule, and motivate front desk associates to meet service standards Serve as the point of contact for guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally Monitor room inventory, rates, and availability in coordination with sales and management Oversee cash handling, shift audits, and daily reporting for accuracy Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams to support smooth operations Promote loyalty programs and upsell opportunities, and support positive guest reviews Maintain safety and security procedures at the front desk Cover front desk shifts as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of front desk or guest services experience in a hotel, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role Experience with hotel property management systems (Opera or similar) Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills Ability to stay composed and guest-focused in a fast-paced environment Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
