Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a PM Hotel Front Desk Supervisor, where you will lead the front desk operations during evening and night shifts. This energetic role involves overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate with various hotel departments to deliver seamless service, handle guest inquiries, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Your leadership will be vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate front desk activities during the evening and night shifts, ensuring smooth operations. Manage guest reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as Stay PMS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive client communication. Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures, including handling payments and processing billing accurately. Enforce hotel policies, emergency procedures, safety protocols, and brand standards to ensure guest and staff safety at all times. Lead a team of front desk associates by training staff on phone etiquette, customer service problem-solving, and hospitality standards. Communicate effectively with guests via phone or in person, demonstrating professionalism and hospitality expertise. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, sales and breakfast staff to address guest requests and resolve operational issues swiftly. Assist with managing groups from the time of booking to after they check out. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk supervision, preferably in hotel environments. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS). Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication. Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality service.
