As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our service facilities, ensuring exceptional service standards and building lasting customer relationships. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to service excellence, and a deep understanding of the hospitality and travel industry. The ideal candidate will foster a welcoming environment, ensuring all guests receive premium service that aligns with Global Partners LP's reputation in the Northeast. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of guest services at service stations. Train and supervise staff to ensure exceptional service standards. Address and resolve customer issues and feedback. Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Coordinate with management to optimize operational efficiency. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare reports on guest service activities and outcomes.
