What You'll Do Guest Experience & Concierge Operations Serve as the main point of contact for VIP and concierge clients in Charleston at The Nicholas Coordinate high-touch guest experiences such as spa appointments, private chefs, tours, and local recommendations Oversee concierge services across the boutique hotel, delivering exceptional and timely service Foster relationships with local vendors and service providers to build a reliable and inspiring network of experiences Work cross-functionally with internal teams to continuously enhance the concierge offering Charleston Site Management Act as the "front door" of CVP in Charleston, representing the brand with professionalism and warmth Conduct regular property inspections to ensure rooms are guest-ready and meet brand standards Respond promptly to guest emergencies and urgent on-site issues Coordinate with the appropriate department manager to ensure all maintenance and proactive issues are addressed in a timely and thorough manner Team Collaboration & Innovation Work with other department managers and stakeholders to build and refine internal processes Use a variety of technology tools and platforms to streamline operations and improve the guest experience Bring an entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented mindset to help shape the future of the Charleston market Who You Are A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and takes full ownership of their role Experienced in hospitality and passionate about guest experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills Collaborative and tech-savvy, with a desire to improve systems and scale services Energetic and relationship-driven, able to represent CVP's brand and values in the community Excited by the opportunity to build and grow a local presence in a thriving vacation rental market Requirements 2-5 years of hospitality experience in Charleston (short-term rental experience strongly preferred) Based in Charleston, SC Availability to work full-time (5 days, 40 hours per week) Comfortable handling on-site inspections and guest emergencies Willing to begin as a 1099 contractor for the first 90 days, with transition to W2 thereafterPay:
