1-2 years in a guest-facing hospitality, tourism, or similar relationship-focused role. Experience with hotel software (like Opera) is a major plus.The Mindset:

$45,000-48,000 annual base salary based on experience. Monthly commission and annual bonus opportunities.Culture:
