Your strategic vision and operational expertise will be vital in maintaining high-quality hospitality standards while maximizing revenue and operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about hospitality management and guest relations to make a lasting impact. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services. Supervise and manage hospitality teams, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and high performance. Implement and uphold hotel guest service standards to ensure an outstanding guest experience at every touchpoint. Manage hospitality operations budgets, monitor financial performance, and execute revenue management strategies to optimize profitability. Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to streamline bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and guest data management. Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Maintain effective communication with staff through managerial communication channels and multi-line phone systems while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Conduct night audits and oversee financial operations including budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility. Cultivate strong guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Coordinate with local emergency responders when necessary and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed across the property. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of hotel management principles including revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and customer service standards. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests and staff. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures. Excellent managerial communication skills combined with leadership qualities that motivate teams toward shared goals. Demonstrated ability to oversee daily hotel operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of guest service. Experience managing hospitality operations budgets and financial performance metrics. Knowledge of hotel guest service standards, guest relations techniques, and human resources practices within the hospitality industry. Profitsword experience a plus; Sage experience a plus
