Quality Audits:
Review guest satisfaction feedback and help implement continuous improvements.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:

Experienced:
Minimum 4 years in hospitality/guest service (luxury/boutique experience strongly preferred).
F&B Pro:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on food and beverage service experience.
Leader:
Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or managerial leadership capacity.
Tech Capable:
Comfortable with MS Office and point-of-sale/management platforms (Toast POS or similar preferred).
Communicator:
Top-notch verbal and written skills with strong, proactive follow-up habits.
Physically Ready:
Ability to stand, walk, or move for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs without assistance.
Flexible Schedule:
