Job Description
Job Overview
- Lead and support the front desk team in delivering an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure.
- Partner with the Resort Director on daily operations, team training and performance.
- Resolve guest issues promptly, professional, and with a genuine mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Support:
Assist with training new front desk associates, coaching for performance and creating/adjusting work schedules.Guest Experience:
Greet guests, check them in and out, and fix billing or room issues.Operations:
Check daily room reports and work with housekeeping and maintenance.
Communication:
Share important shift notes with managers and other resort departments.Other:
Perform additional duties as assigned to support front desk excellence. RequirementsExperience:
1-2 years of hotel front desk supervisory experience is preferred.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, patience, basic computer knowledge and strong problem solving. Property Management System experience for front desk operation in preferred.Availability:
Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and evenings. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours a week.Physical:
Ability to stand for long periods of tie and on occasion may be asked to lift or carry up to 40 pounds while performing the duties of this job. It may also be required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.Education:
High school or equivalent. A degree in hospitality is prederred.Salary range:
$50,123 to $66,662. Compensation package for a full time employee also includes benefits.To Apply:
