Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring guest satisfaction, optimizing revenue management, and maintaining high operational standards across all departments. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments function smoothly and efficiently. Lead and mentor hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Manage front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest services and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly. Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive pricing. Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance. Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards. Utilize phone systems effectively for communication within the team and with guests. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and amenities, ensuring adequate stock is maintained for smooth operations. Experience Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry - minimum one year of hotel experience and knowledge. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with guests from various backgrounds. Familiarity with guest services best practices and front desk operations. Experience in revenue management techniques to optimize financial performance.
