Landmark Resort How Will You Shine? As a valued and successful General Manager, you will be required to possess:

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in resort-style property.
• Exemplary skills in managing homeowner relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional leadership skills; lead by example and foster a thriving culture for all staff members to grow in their current and future roles.
• Exceptional understanding of expense management.
• A strategic and creative mindset that will foster "outside of the box" thinking and ideas.
• Experience with budgets and forecasting; ability to decipher statistical reporting.
• Experience with homeowners & HOA's
• Solid background managing food & beverage, and group functions.
• A good understanding of employment laws and requirements within the jurisdiction.
