Work Location:
Landmark Resort How Will You Shine? As a valued and successful General Manager, you will be required to possess:- Minimum 5 years of management experience in resort-style property.
- Exemplary skills in managing homeowner relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional leadership skills; lead by example and foster a thriving culture for all staff members to grow in their current and future roles.
- Exceptional understanding of expense management.
- A strategic and creative mindset that will foster "outside of the box" thinking and ideas.
- Experience with budgets and forecasting; ability to decipher statistical reporting.
- Experience with homeowners & HOA's
- Solid background managing food & beverage, and group functions.
- A good understanding of employment laws and requirements within the jurisdiction.
