Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate will drive excellence in guest services, manage daily operations, and ensure the property meets its financial and service standards. Responsibilities Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services to ensure seamless service delivery. Lead and supervise hospitality teams, promoting a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth. Manage hospitality management systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation platforms to optimize booking efficiency and guest data accuracy. Develop and implement strategies for revenue management, pricing, and occupancy optimization to maximize profitability. Control operational budgets, monitor financial performance, and oversee cost control initiatives to ensure financial health. Maintain high hotel guest service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, training programs, performance evaluations, and compliance with employment laws. Oversee property maintenance, safety protocols, and ensure adherence to health regulations. Utilize managerial communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, vendors, and corporate stakeholders. Conduct night audits and oversee multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to support smooth front desk operations. Experience Marriott experience a plus Power of M experience a plus Proven supervisory experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles. Extensive knowledge of hotel management principles, including revenue management and financial operations. Experience overseeing hospitality operations budgets and managing financial performance metrics. Strong background in customer service excellence and guest relations strategies. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Demonstrated leadership in managing hospitality teams with a focus on human resources development. Prior experience in night audit procedures is preferred to ensure accurate financial reporting overnight.
