Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the front desk operations at our ASC. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and experience in healthcare front desk environments. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will lead the guest services team, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold the highest standards of guest relations and professionalism. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services and maintain efficient check-in/check-out processes. Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous communication with patients, vendors, and staff. Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and billing procedures with accuracy and attention to detail. Provide training to team members on phone etiquette, customer service protocols, and hospitality best practices. Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive relationships with patients and visitors. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and appointment management. Maintain a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or healthcare front desk operations. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively. Excellent customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and resort or healthcare environments is advantageous. Previous background in guest relations within a medical setting is highly valued. Pay:
From $23.00 per hour
