Assistant General Manager - Residence Inn Dallas Arlington South About the Role We're looking for a hands‑on, people‑focused Assistant General Manager to support daily hotel operations and uphold the high service standards of our Marriott Select Brand property. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences, supporting team development, and partnering closely with the General Manager to drive overall hotel success. Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations, ensuring alignment with Marriott brand standards Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture that prioritizes guest satisfaction and employee engagement in line with the Chase Hospitality Mission Statement "Be The Best" Lead, coach, and develop associates across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service, resolving issues with professionalism and care Monitor operational performance, guest feedback, and service scores to identify opportunities for improvement Support financial performance through labor management, cost controls, and operational efficiency Maintain a visible presence throughout the hotel, modeling hospitality and service excellence Uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards across all departments Qualifications 2-4 years of hotel operations experience; Marriott Select Brand experience preferred Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and supporting teams Guest‑focused mindset with the ability to resolve challenges quickly and effectively Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with Marriott systems ( FOSSE, STAY PMS, GXP, etc.) is a plus Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays as needed What We Offer Competitive salary and bonus eligibility Marriott travel benefits and hotel discounts Health, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for growth within the Chase Hospitality portfolio Join Our Team If you're a supportive leader who loves hospitality and thrives in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you.
