Job Description
Full-Time Park Manager - Trampoline ParkPosition Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Full-Time Park Manager to oversee daily operations of our trampoline park. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader with strong organizational, customer service, and team management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, family-focused entertainment environment. The Park Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, revenue performance, and an exceptional guest experience. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management Oversee all daily park operations, including open and close procedures Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and fully operational at all times Monitor trampoline courts, arcade, party rooms, concession areas, and other attractions Enforce safety rules and company policies consistently Coordinate routine maintenance and report equipment issues promptly Staff Leadership & Development Recruit, hire, train, and supervise team members Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage Provide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action when necessary Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture Lead by example in professionalism and customer service Guest Experience Ensure exceptional customer service for all guests Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly Oversee birthday parties, group events, and special bookings Maintain high standards of hospitality and cleanliness Financial & Administrative Duties Manage daily cash handling procedures and deposits Monitor labor costs and operating expenses Track inventory and order supplies as needed Review sales reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance requirements, and local regulations Safety & Compliance Enforce all park safety protocols and waiver procedures Conduct regular safety meetings and staff training Ensure incident reports are properly completed and documented Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations Qualifications 2+ years of management experience (family entertainment, retail, hospitality, or similar preferred) Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment Proficient in basic computer systems and POS software Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses (if applicable) Paid time off Growth and advancement opportunities Work Environment This position requires active floor presence.
