This positions includes assisting the guests, supervising front desk employees, handling reservations, resolving guest concerns, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Hotel experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Duties Supervise and assist front desk staff Covering front desk shifts due to call in's Manage the reservations and other front desk duties as needed. Answer phones and assist with guest questions Handle guest concerns and resolve problems Train new front desk employees Help create and manage all staff schedules Keep front desk paperwork and records accurate Handle payments and basic daily reports Make sure front desk policies and procedures are followed at all times Learn night audit procedures Staying in daily communication with the General Manager Skills Experience in management preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Experience with hospitality reservation systems preferred Excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to handle guest concerns proactively Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for seamless client interactions Join us in creating welcoming environments where guests feel valued from the moment they arrive!
