LBA Hospitality is hiring! The General Manager provides overall leadership for hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing associates, achieving financial goals, and maintaining company and brand standards. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest service. Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop hotel associates. Maintain appropriate staffing levels and promote a positive, accountable workplace culture. Develop and execute financial objectives while managing budgets, expenses, payroll, and operational controls. Monitor hotel performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, government regulations, and safety requirements. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and hotel grounds for cleanliness, safety, and appearance. Ensure equipment and property maintenance issues are addressed promptly. Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, purchasing, and other administrative functions. Resolve escalated guest concerns professionally. Maintain positive community and business relationships. Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of hotel management experience, including budget responsibility. 5+ years of experience supervising 15 or more associates. Hilton or Marriott experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, financial analysis, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must meet company security clearance requirements. Requirements On-site position with flexible availability, including weekends. Periodic overnight travel may be required. Ability to push/pull up to 60 lbs. and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.Benefits
