What You'll Do:

Oversee all hotel operations: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance Ensure exceptional service and clean, well-maintained rooms Build lasting relationships with long-term guests Train, lead, and support your team to deliver on Sonesta standards Monitor financial performance and manage payroll, inventory, and cost controls Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care Maintain brand compliance and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

2-5 years of hotel management experience (extended-stay a plus) Strong leadership and customer service skills Comfortable with hotel tech and property management systems (PMS) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred
