Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Manager to lead our front-of-house operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring seamless guest experiences through exceptional customer service, efficient management of reservations, and effective communication. Your leadership will set the tone for a hospitable environment, fostering guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a passion for hospitality management and a knack for creating memorable guest interactions. Responsibilities Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and reservation management using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations promptly and professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction Manage hotel emergency procedures efficiently, ensuring staff are trained and prepared for various scenarios Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth property operations and guest comfort Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management review Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests, enhancing the overall hospitality experience Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment, preferably resort experience Strong knowledge of hospitality reservation systems (such as OPERA) and property management systems (PMS) Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and night audit processes Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of hospitality management Join us in creating welcoming environments where guests feel valued from the moment they arrive! Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
