Guest Services Supervisor The Guest Services Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for the Residences Bell and Concierge teams. This role ensures a seamless, welcoming, and efficient guest experience from arrival to departure while maintaining high service standards, supporting team performance, and coordinating closely with other hotel departments.Essential Functions:
Provide prompt, courteous service to guests and familiarize all incoming guests to the Residence Club. Provide daily supervision, direction, and support to the Bell and Concierge teams. Set daily work expectations for bell team. Resolve guest complaints, concerns, and disputes in a timely manner. Maintain adequate stock of supplies and order as needed. Train and onboard new Guest Services employees, ensuring they understand service standards, procedures, and operational expectations. Liaise with airport personnel to ensure staff and vehicle compliance. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment, including the garage, vehicle areas, and owner storage areas. Oversee shipping and receiving services, including FedEx, USPS, and other carriers, and ensure the team follows established shipping procedures. Conduct owner inventory of bags and skis seasonally. Oversee the coordination of maintenance of the Residences fleet of vehicles. Oversee movement and storage of owner vehicles. Assist Bell and Concierge team with their roles as needed. Education, Experience, and skills preferred: High school diploma. Previous Bell service experience. Ability to communicate effectively. Has an enthusiastic willingness to work together as a team. Ability to work flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays). Must be able to stand and walk for extended period of times and lift at least 50lbs. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.Stein Collection offers:
