What you'll do: Responsible for managing and completing a wide range of hospitality and convenience services to residents, residents' families and caregivers. Participate as an active member of the community's management team in developing plans for hospitality services. Develop strategic networking and alliances with appropriate business partners and vendors. Creates and implements Community Outreach Programs for residents, prospective customers, and the greater community. Collaborates with other Leisure Care-managed communities and Leisure Care partners promoting value-added programs and services. What you'll bring: Superior communication skills Ability to maintain a professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service when interacting with residents, guests and staff. Prior experience in hotel hospitality and/or senior services. Previous management experience required.
